一方、銀次郎の監視役でありながら、次第に心を引かれていった金華楼の用心棒・常は、ふとしたはずみに、故意に銀次郎を逃がしたとの嫌疑をかけられ、蔵で拷問にかけられてしまう。
ようやく貧民窟から逃れた銀次郎は、かつての許嫁・玉菊の家へ向かう。玉菊は再会に涙するが、銀次郎はそこで意外な人物に再会する。
恋慕、嫉妬、復讐、誤解……様々な人物の様々な思いが交錯し、物語は新たな方向へと流れはじめ、銀次郎の運命も更に翻弄されていく……。

This is a book of comics and contains the second part of very long story which began in Volume One of "Shirogane-no-Hana".
In Volume One, the hero of the story, Ginjiro, was sold as a male prostitute where he is tortured and trained as a sex slave.
In Volume Two he escapes from the brothel but is captured instead by men of the slums.
While Ginjiro is fucked by them day and night, Tsune who is a masculine bodyguard of the brothel is accused of intentionally letting the hero escape and is tortured.
Ginjiro escapes from the slums and meets Tamagiku who was his fiance, but now, she is a mistress of Shinsuke who was Ginjiro's subordinate. Shinsuke humiliates Ginjiro before Tamagiku's eyes, and after that, he hands Ginjiro over to the search parties from the brothel.
Ginjiro is tortured in the brothel's dungeon, forced to drink piss and to eat shit from the inside of a toiletbowl.
Furthermore, Ginjiro is tattooed on his glans and scrotum as a punishment for his escape.
Tattooed Ginjiro is taken to a party as a male-slave-torture-show. He is forced to sing and dance in the nude. The guests of the party tease him mercilessly.
